ACRYLIC TUTORIAL "FAERY QUEEN" , PAGE 9
STEP NINE: HIGHLIGHTING, DEEPENING AND OWL In this step, I have highlighted the fairy's hair, skin, headdress, jewelry, dress, the surrounding blossoms, and the tree. I have also made feathers on the owl by making shadows on the base I already had with a dark brown mix. I have glazed the fairy's dress with process magenta to enrich the colors beneath. Using the same, I have deepened the shadows on the sleeves and glazed some parts of the tree throne for depth.<--BACK | TUTORIAL HOME | NEXT-->
